Terms of service

What the service does

YT Growth Stack researches publicly available YouTube videos and pages, works out why some of them outperformed their own channel, and generates video ideas and briefs from those findings. Every idea it returns links to the videos it came from, so you can check it. The output is research and suggestion, not a prediction. Nothing here is a promise that a video will perform.

Your account

You need an account, and you are responsible for what happens under it. One person, one account. Creating extra accounts to take the free allowance more than once is a breach of these terms and we will close them.

Allowances and billing

• The Free plan includes three research runs per calendar month. It costs nothing and needs no card.
• Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe at the prices shown on the pricing page, either monthly or as a single annual payment. Allowances reset on the first of each calendar month and do not roll over. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that applies where you are.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time, yourself, in the app.Settings → Plan → Manage or cancel subscription opens Stripe’s billing portal, where cancelling takes two clicks and needs no email, phone call or explanation. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and you keep your plan until then.
• We do not refund part-used months as a matter of course. If the service failed you and you tell us within thirty days, write to us and we will sort it out.
• Prices may change. Existing subscribers get at least thirty days’ notice before a change applies to them.

Acceptable use

Do not:

• Use the service to break the law, or anyone else’s terms or rights.
• Resell, repackage or offer the research output as your own competing research service.
• Attempt to work around the rate limits, spend ceilings or access controls, or automate the service beyond ordinary use.
• Probe, scan or attack the infrastructure, or attempt to reach another user’s data.

If you find a security problem, tell us at support@cronospmc.com before telling anyone else. We will not pursue anyone who reports in good faith and gives us a reasonable chance to fix it.

Your content and ours

What you type, say and produce with the service is yours. You grant us only the licence needed to run the service for you: to process your requests, send them to the providers listed in our privacy notice, and store the results in your account. We claim no ownership of the ideas or briefs a run produces and we do not use them to train models. The software, the interface and the research method are ours.

Public alpha, and what we do not promise

The service is in public alpha. It is provided as it stands, without warranty of any kind. We do not promise it will be available, uninterrupted, error free, or that its output will be accurate, complete or profitable. Third-party sources may be incomplete or wrong, and models can be confidently mistaken. Check what matters before you act on it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited under UAE law. Subject to that, we are not liable for lost profit, lost revenue, lost views or indirect loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty US dollars.

Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or that is running up cost in a way that threatens the service for everyone else. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you why first. You can close your account at any time by writing to us, and we will delete your data as described in the privacy notice.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect, and the date at the top of this page always shows the current version. YT Growth Stack is operated by CronosPMC LLC, registered in the Sharjah Media City free zone (Shams), United Arab Emirates. These terms are governed by the federal law of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah, and the courts of Sharjah have exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing here removes any right you have under the UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020), which applies to services supplied in the UAE including its free zones, or under the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
